Position Summary:
Implement and maintain Loss Prevention programs and processes for 1-3 Stores •Maintains acceptable levels of inventory shortage, USA, cash / credit debt, and risk management costs •Ensures that all internal and external investigations comply with all corporate and legal standards. •Reviews exception reports, surveillance activities, and equipment installation, as needed Develop and maintains effective internal and external relationships •Partners with store, district, and corporate personnel to achieve identified organizational goals. •Maintains consistent lines of communication with store management teams. •Interacts professionally with law enforcement personnel, court systems, and customers. •Represents Kohl’s appropriately in various legal proceedings. Support store LP teams to drive business results •Provides real-time feedback, reinforcement and motivation to LP team members •Consistently recognizes high performance within the team •Takes an active interest in engaging Associates •Assists DLPM as needed with recruiting and hiring •Provides feedback to DLPM on Store LP teams’ health and performance Plan and Organize workload to meet business demands •Reviews LP Supervisors’ work schedules to ensure proper coverage within the payroll expense plans •Provides guidance to LP supervisors on allocation of tasks to LP Officers and Service Specialists •Ensure alignment of resources with needs of business partners Key Partners/Stakeholders •Store and LP management teams •Store and LP district and Regional leadership Skills •Developing teams •Relationship building •Interviewing and Interrogation •Business communications Required •2+ years of retail Loss Prevention experience •Supervisory experience •Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills •Wicklander / Zulawski or similar interviewing skills.
