AT&T’s Entertainment Group marketing department is looking for an innovative and experienced analyst to join our Cross-Sell Marketing team.
The Cross-Sell Marketing team is a unique group within the company focused on accelerating cross-sales of AT&T’s Wireless, TV, and Broadband products to our customer base. The team works closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT to design, implement, and track cross-selling initiatives.
Our team uses highly advanced skills in predictive modeling, multivariate analysis, clustering/segmentation analysis, data mining, test and control experimentation, trend analysis and other statistical or data analysis techniques to analyze large data files from both internal and external sources to explain or predict behavior, and solve a variety of business problems.
The successful candidate will:
Access, reconcile and consolidate subscriber data from large disparate data sets to drive cross functional insights on cross-selling progress
Gather, analyzes, and interprets a wide variety of data to make predictions on future outcomes or identify differences in relationships
Advise business partners with regards to patterns and relationships in data to recommend business direction or outcomes.
Develop reports, charts, tables, and other visual aids in support of findings to track trends in customer cross-selling across channels
Inform design of trials and business initiatives to ensure cross selling results can be tracked and meaningful insights can be gathered (e.g. test vs control methodology for in-market tests etc.)
Generate crisp, data driven insights to identify cross selling business opportunities and develop actionable recommendations for improvement
Influence business decisions through developing persuasive presentations of key insights and solutions for marketing executives

8 years in data analysis and business analytics
5 years creating informative and persuasive presentations with PowerPoint and communicating the results of quantitative analysis
Innovative, self-starter who loves deep diving into complicated data and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Advanced experience and strong understanding of SQL, relational databases, and manipulating large and complicated datasets
Proficient in communicating analytical insights and recommendation to audiences with varying degrees of technical expertise
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively present to and influence cross functional stakeholders and senior executives
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business analytics, computer science, or related field
Knowledge of wireless, video, and broadband products
Experience writing efficient production level code to support recurring data pulls
Experience in SAS and Tableau
