The Store Development Special Projects Analyst II deliver improved speed, customer service and productivity across the PPG Stores Network by analyzing core processes and implementing continuing improvement strategies that lead to effective and efficient solutions.  This position will take on projects to improve operations of the stores, reduce costs and increase efficiency with the stores network.  This individual is a critical member of the operations team to assist Sales and Store Management with driving customer satisfaction.  The incumbent will drive improvement to store maintenance, construction and operations processes. 

 

Job Requires:

  • Working knowledge of business processes, system development and process improvements.
  • Managing and pushing ACTs through PPGs system. 
  • Proficient in gathering business requirements to develop scope documents to drive resolution
  • Understanding of technology capabilities and limitations. (SAP, System Interfaces, Point of Sale)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to execute project deliverables.
  • Must have strong team building skills and the ability to facilitate team-based initiatives
  • Serves as a primary thought leader in the development of business solutions and facilitates process improvement sessions using process mapping and improvement expertise to capture findings.
  • Leads the preparation of multiple, concurrent implementation projects and ensures customers meet projected timelines and objectives.
  • Establishes metrics to monitor systems processes at a given frequency
  • Creates a project plan with a schedule that lists each task in the implementation project, the person with accountability for the task and the task's due date.
  • Assesses needs and issues that arise during implementation and develops resolutions or recommends specific solutions such as alternate methods and procedures, changes in processing methods and practices, or redesign of processes.
  • Exercises independent judgment to organize and plan implementation program and tasks; ensures implementation is tailored to each customer’s needs including their specific practice workflow, patient base, and procedures.
  • Links  and collaborates with the sales organization focusing on business process improvement to support customer retention and top line growth.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Problem solving, daily management, and project management
  • Intermediate skill level of Windows and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations
