Specific Assignments:
Deliver color presentations and shows for external residential repaint customers, including interior designers, residential painters, and consumers.
Assist the architect managers and color & design managers in initiating market blitzes to deliver color tools & information for professionals.
Responsible for constant improvement and development through training programs based on new learning, competitive benchmarking and/or latest technology.
Accountable for driving the effectiveness and ROI of residential repaint color-consultant programs.
Work as part of the Color & Design team with a segment focus on residential repaint sales support.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate would have a 4 year Marketing or Color-related, Interior Design degree.
A minimum of (3 to 5) three to five years of experience in the design, retail or color marketing industry.
Must possess knowledge, appreciation and enthusiasm of the color and design market.
Must be organized, self motivated, have excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Must be competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Social Media.
Must be willing to work 40 plus weekly hours and conduct approximately 70% of regional travel.
