Position Summary:
OVERVIEW
Position is responsible for connecting Service Pros (vendors) to the CorrigoPro Network. This includes accepting inbound calls, managing outbound calling efforts and email communications, inviting Service Pros to connect, conducting the webinar training for the Service Pro connections assigned to this position, and handling all follow-up until the Service Pro is connected and active on the CorrigoPro Network.
Also responsible for other outbound call campaigns for ReadyPro, handling front-line billing questions, assistance with the Field Service Manager applications and product enhancements/changes that require Service Pro engagement. Ability to manage time wisely and effectively is critical to ensure connection rates are strong as outbound calling is the Service Pro Specialist’s primary charter.
