Job Overview:
This position will work with 3rd party vendors to coordinate resolution and follow up on damage furniture within a customer’s home or the distribution facility.
Essential Functions:
• Work with 3rd party vendor to order parts for Damaged Furniture
• Coordinate 3rd party bedding returns
• Partner with outside vendors to coordinate resolution of damaged merchandise
• Utilize internal systems to key and process supplies and invoices.
• Interpret and audit 3rd party billing. Ensure accuracy of all invoices and orders
• Any other function management deems essential
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalency;
• Prior Distribution experience
Communication Skills:
• Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as reports and
procedure manuals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Mathematical Skills:
• Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Reasoning Ability:
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to interpret reports.
Physical Demands:
• This position involves regular walking, standing, hearing, and talking. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Involves close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Occasionally lifts and moves items up to 25 pounds.
Other Skills:
• Ability to problem solve; build relationships; and focused on resolution.
• Must be able to utilize excel and manipulate formulas.
Work Hours:
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store/company needs.
