We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented, college graduates, with an entrepreneurial spirit and an interest for a future in sales and/or operations in a fast paced environment.  Our entry level Management Training Program is designed to provide graduates with all the skills necessary for a successful career in operations, sales, marketing, and/or management.

 

 

Trainees are hired and assigned to a facility with the purpose of them beginning their career learning the product finishes business. The goal is to develop a bench of well-trained employees with opportunities to be promoted to key positions in the Division and subsequently contribute to the performance of the assigned Region and Division.

 

 

During the first 6 months, the trainee will follow a structured Trainee program that will expose them to various aspects of coatings.  The MTP will:  

  • Learn Facility Operations
  • Learn and understand the Customer Service function
  • Gain a basic understanding of the Product Service Room
  • Gain a basic understanding of warehouse management
  • Gain exposure to Sales and Marketing, Sales Calls
  • Learn basic management skills

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have your bachelors degree, or will obtain one within the next 12 months.
  • Must be able to work all scheduled hours.
  • Must have a valid driver's license. 
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves  and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion. 
  • Must be able to tint paint, therefore, must be able to distinguish one or more chromatic colors.
  • Must be able to operate a hand truck/and or material handling equipment in Facilities that have such equipment.
  • Must be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
  • Must be  willing to relocate outside of state for next promotional opportunity after training.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior work experience in sales or customer service.
  • Bilingual ability is an added plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in a business and/or marketing field.
