Draft and distribute reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
Normalize and merge data from various sources into one report
Trending of performance data through graphs, charts, power point
Analyze trends to insure projects are on-track
Create, maintain, and optimize the account wide dashboard
Tracking and delivering on interrelated tasks for a project or program according to schedule
Understanding of software output and ability to understand task dependency
As needed, present and speak on conference calls with internal stake-holders and 3rd party suppliers
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or related field, preferred.
0 – 2 years of experience.
SharePoint experience and experience with other data and statistical applications (PowerPivot, Tableau, SAS, Access, Minitab, Sigma Excel, SQL), preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
High level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
The ability to deal comfortably with and present to more senior managers without undue tension and nervousness.
Understanding of how senior managers think and work.
Able to determine the best way to get things done with senior managers by talking their language and responding to their needs.
Willingness to craft approaches likely to be seen as appropriate and positive.
