In this position, you will be a key member of the AT&T THANKS digital experience team bringing your strategic perspective to both the web and app.  Your primary responsibility will be to put the customer at the center of digital experiences to help drive program awareness, engagement, and redemption.  Your forward-thinking and mobile-centric perspective will help shape our user experiences, capabilities, and content strategy.  Your focus will be on helping to design and deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
 
This role includes managing internal and external partners for strategic alignment, work prioritization, and delivery.  You will collaborate with representatives from various internal organizations such as Product, Marketing, Security, Online, Reporting, Legal, IT and others to partner and ensure digital experiences meet the business and customer needs in the short-and-long term.  You will also help manage the THANKS digital agency of record.
 
Collaboration is key to success as part of AT&T THANKS and you will work across the team to ideate and plan for web and app capabilities and experiences.  Measures of success will include digital experience engagement, ease of redemption experiences, and ultimately our collectively ability to retain customers through these initiatives.

  • 7 years’ relevant, related marketing experience
  • Great at rallying partners to do the best work of their career
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with a diverse range of partners
  • Ability to shape and harness qualitative and quantitative research to drive good decision-making
  • Ability to simply and effectively communicate complex concepts and research outputs
  • Ability to leverage multiple sources of data to drive sound economic decisions
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Education:
  • BS/BA Marketing, Market Research, Finance or related field
  • MBA preferred
