Strategic Sourcing Analyst

Position Summary:
OVERVIEW
Provide strategic sourcing operations support such as; RFP execution, data analysis, contract administration and other supply chain project management requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Project manage time sensitive sourcing projects and effectively coordinate other individual’s contributions.
- Interact with the Category Management, preferred vendors, other Sourcing personnel, Business Service lines, and other resources.
- Modify, update, improve and manage the effectiveness of sourcing processes and tools.
- Work closely with the Strategic Sourcing and Engineering SME’s to improve and expand vendor-based pricing models.
- Develop standardized reports and key outputs in support of stakeholder deliverables.
- Develop and execute enterprise RFP’s.
- Administrate master supplier contracts.
- Perform Bid Analysis.
- Work collaboratively with others and build solid working relationships within corporate Supply Chain and account team stakeholders.
- Power user of internal sourcing technology and knowledge center.
- Train other internal users.
- Work across JLL organizations to understand key SCMP data sharing opportunities and dependencies.
- Facilitate meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure data processes and standards are enforced.
- Apply project management skills to manage multiple tracks of data analysis activities based on an overall project plan.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business.
- Supply Chain or Sourcing process experience.
- Experience in mining and managing data.
- Experience with e-Sourcing systems (e.g., Ariba, Bravo, Coupa).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Advanced proficiency using Excel and other Business Intelligence tools.
- Ability to create complex pivot tables, models, and spend analysis.
- Strong financial/analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of facility management operations and service delivery.
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communications skills that promote successful collaboration.
- Independent worker with a team player attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on resourcefulness.
- Accuracy, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail.
