The Quality Intern is “hosted” by the Quality Department at one of our manufacturing/distribution facilities, our technical center or headquarters.
Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the Plant Quality or Engineering team with:
•Equipment analysis
•New installations and facility revisions
•Developing drawings and specifications for equipment layout
•Investigation of new plant engineering processes and techniques
•Administrative activities
•Special projects as identified by the Quality Team
Please note that we do not provide housing.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited four year college or university at the time of the internship
Must have sophomore, junior or senior class standing
Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8
Must be willing to relocate if, in the future, considered for a Trainee position
Must have experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power Point
Other Qualifications:
Chemical Engineering, Chemisty or related science majors are preferred
Previous internship, co-op or work experience in a related field is a plus
Demonstrated leadership by involvement in extra curricular activiites on campus or in the community
