Join AT&T’s Entertainment Group Marketing as a member of the Strategic Pricing Team.  This high profile Lead Strategic Pricing Manager's responsibilities include pricing efforts related to wireless and TV retention offers and supporting Sales Operations in their negotiations with our Reseller partners.  This is an opportunity for frequent exposure to senior VP and SVP levels. 
 
We are looking for you: an independent, results-driven, highly analytical individual with a streak of creativity!  With your advanced modeling skills, you can develop fact-based analytics, and successfully meet the goals of balancing subscriber growth, ARPU and profitability. 
 
The successful candidate will:
  • Develop predictive financials models utilizing key findings to assess new pricing scenarios. Models must be flexible to deal with dynamic inputs and allow for quick scenario analysis
  • Present pricing proposals to Senior Leadership for approval
  • Recommend pricing alternatives for desired outcomes: sales increase, ARPU lift, enhanced profitability, churn reduction, and migration strategy
  • Provide informative and actionable post launch analysis of pricing actions
  • Maintain solid understanding of industry and competitive environment as well as AT&T's value proposition and differentiators
  • Evaluate market and competitive pricing actions

  • 5 years’ related work experience, such as pricing strategy or financial analysis
  • Exceptional analytical and modeling skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Strong data analysis skills – ability to manipulate data, summarize, and develop insights that drive key business decisions
  • Strategic thinker with pricing knowledge/experience
  • Solid understanding of wireless products and services preferred
  • Refined communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage/prioritize multiple projects
  • Desire to continuously work as a contributor on a cohesive team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance or a related field of study preferred
