As our Senior, Advanced Analytics you will build, expand, and maintain the ATTract marketing campaign analytics datamart. This requires advanced experience in ETL, physical data model development, database administration, and scripting languages.
 
Initiatives include: 
  • Support the ATTract environment and data, evolving the frequency of refreshes to near-real-time data vailability
  • Automate and streamline of ETL for daily loads
  • Implement new data sources to enhance the capabilities of the team
  • Audit data and conduct basic reporting to ensure the accuracy of the data used for analysis
  • Explore, evaluate and deliver new technologies, techniques, and tools to advance the capabilities of the team
  • Create of datasets and facilitate presentations to clients through data visualization tools
  • Utilize new visualization techniques to push data insights further into the business and marketing organization
This background will help to ensure your success:
  • Experience with AT&T’s Teradata and Vertica eCDW environments required
  • Teradata Aster experience highly desired
  • Advanced background in database management, ETL scripting, and automation (UNIX Scripting, SQL, SAS, Perl, Pig & Python)
  • Advanced background in data modeling and profiling
  • Passion for refining general problem statements into specific and meaningful datasets for hypothesis testing
  • Experience with campaign analytics and reporting preferred
  • Experience with Hadoop preferred
  • Education:
  • Advanced college degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics; or, Ph.D. in related fields preferred
  • Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience to build, maintain and support data warehouses and datamarts. 
  • Data analysis, data mining, and profiling.
  • 5-8 years related experience in advanced analytics, relational database structures, big data, research methods, sampling techniques, and system testing.
