DUTIES: Gather, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of data to identify causal relationships, trigger points, and make predictions on customer behavior. Perform requirement gathering, analysis, design, report development, and testing utilizing Informatica, Relational DB, SQL, PL/SQL, and Mainframe. Perform system development life-cycle implementation of OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition) projects utilizing OBIEE 11g/10g, DAC10.1.3.4, Oracle BI Publisher 10g/11g, SQL, PL/SQL and Informatica. Perform requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, implementation, and testing of OBIEE Reports, dashboards, and ETL processes. Provide end-to-end business intelligence solution by dimensional modeling design, building business models, configuring metadata, and creating reports. Perform churn analysis, customer behavior and segmentation, sales analysis, product level analysis (adoption, price elasticity modeling), and customer experience analysis. Build predictive models using data, test the model on results outside of the sample size, and verify the model in the real world. Quantify significance of data variances. Apply an array of statistical methods ranging from traditional to newly-developing within the Big-Data space. Develop reports, charts, tables, and other visual aids in support of findings. Advise business partners with regards to patterns and relationships in data to recommend business direction or outcomes. Design and prepare large complex data sets from a variety of sources while thinking strategically about uses of data and how data interacts within Supply Chain and with Supply Chains partnering organizations including IT, Marketing, Sales Channels, and Technology Operations. Perform data studies and data discovery around new uses for existing data sources and new data sources. Implement and utilize analytics software required for handling data appropriately, including data handoffs and data checking or data audits. Perform statistical analysis and other analytics methodology in tools. Visualize and present data in a variety of formats and distribution methods.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Information Technology followed by five (5) years of progressive experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressive experience performing requirement gathering, analysis, design, report development, and testing utilizing Informatica, Relational DB, SQL, PL/SQL, and Mainframe. Experience therein to include two (2) years performing system development life-cycle implementation of OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition) projects utilizing OBIEE 11g/10g, DAC, Oracle BI Publisher 10g/11g, SQL, PL/SQL and Informatica; performing requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, implementation, and testing of OBIEE Reports, dashboards, and ETL processes; and providing end-to-end business intelligence solution by dimensional modeling design, building business models, configuring metadata, and creating reports.
