Specifically, the Director and his/her team develops and manages the integrated project plan across IT, Supply Chain Management, Lead-to-Cash, Master Data, as well as Sales, Channel, Revenue and Marketing Ops.
  • Orchestrate operational launch and acquisition efforts for Cloud Services, influencing senior leadership and other key stakeholders toward operational supportability and excellence.
  • Identify and implement cross-departmental initiatives aimed at developing a Citrix-wide, scalable operational strategy and model in alignment with Citrix’ strategic growth and integration goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership across the company (primarily Product and Program Management, Sales, IT, Finance, and Legal) to ensure resource plans are in place to support launch activities; act as a point of escalation for all group activities and projects.
  • Own executive cross-functional relationships, especially during critical, high visibility circumstances.
  • Establish the strategic framework for the organization including documentation sets, methodologies (project management, quality testing, etc.) and best practices.
  • Supervise team members. Provide both informal and formal coaching (evaluations) to staff.
