Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED
• Proven self-starter with energy and motivation to assist with uncovering, developing and closing sales
• Must be results-oriented and driven by both financial and career opportunities
• Demonstrated strong time management skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of products, pricing, and competition in sales objectives
• Ability to sell company values and services, in addition to program features and benefits via phone and internet
• Ability to communicate effectively to multiple buyer levels within Mid-Market and Commercial Contract-sized customers
• Adaptable to a fast-paced organization that changes to continuously improve the customer's experience
Preferred Requirements:
• College Degree
• 1-3 years successful sales experience or specialist category sales experience
