Financial Operations Analyst

Position Summary:

OVERVIEW
JLL is currently seeking a financial analyst to join our National Markets Operations team.  The position is located in Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX, with the potential to work remotely.  The role will directly support the strategic goals and initiatives of the Markets business lines and will provide support, analyses and reporting to senior management within the Markets organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Create reports and analysis to meet business needs and assist with decision-making
  • Develop thorough understanding of business data and be able to interpret information for data requests
  • Participate in compiling annual metrics
  • Assist with annual Broker Business Plans
  • Contribute to annual producer recognition process
  • Partner with National Business Line leads to develop annual budget and reforecast
  • Review monthly financials for National Business Lines and communicate variances to leads
  • Manage pipeline including facilitating individual WIP update meetings for National Business Lines
  • Work with Finance to ensure complete and timely documentation for transaction closings, including invoicing and close out in deal system
  • Assist with Diversity and Inclusion reporting and initiatives
  • Calculate cost projections shared across global regions for quarterly chargebacks
  • Calculate true-ups related to shared costs across Business Lines
  • Manage budget for several projects simultaneously
  • Assist with compensation review
  • Approve expense reports and check requests for National leadership
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or similar field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Ideal candidate will be a motivated, self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as an integral part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, follow-up and sense of urgency
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products required, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general technical savvy to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively manage time and workload
