Responsible for the cleanliness of public and private sections in VF Outlet. Will perform semi-skilled and skilled custodial duties while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Clean and sanitize restrooms using established practices and procedures.

2. Clean, dust, and wipe furniture/store fixtures, sweep, mop or vacuum floors; empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers; refill restroom dispensers.

3. Assist with cleaning of facilities for meetings and events.

4. Using the appropriate equipment, maintain cleanliness of floors such as buffing, stripping, floor sealer application, vacuum and shampoo carpets.

5. Assist with processing of recycling materials.

6. Support and enforce policies and procedures such as OSHA, safety, and material handling.

7. As needed, clean windows, doors and blinds; replace lightbulbs.

8. Deliver a superior level of customer service during all aspects of work duties.

9. Perform other duties as requested by supervision

 

Physical Requirements:

 

1. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends,  and emergency on-call hours

2. While performing this job, may be required to stand, stoop, climb ladders,  walk, use hands and fingers to handle and feel objects, tools or controls, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
