This key role on our Customer Contact Campaign Optimization team will prioritize marketing campaigns based on the optimization framework. You’ll establish consistent metrics and priorities by leveraging cross-functional resources throughout the company.
The successful candidate will:
Establish consistent measurement across all campaigns, ensuring inputs and methodologies are aligned
Partner with our Analytics team to come up with consistent reporting across all campaigns
Prioritize specific campaigns within the optimization framework, balancing financial returns, business needs and optimization objectives
Communicate reporting clearly to stakeholders and quickly pivot based on current trends
Influence the prioritization of marketing campaigns by collaborating with marketing teams and campaign teams
Ensure optimization best practices are being utilized
Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding results, deliverables, and program status
Required:
5 years of relevant, related analytic and/or marketing experience
Ability to champion ideas and execute in an expedited timeframe
Strong strategic, financial, analytical and conceptual skills
Proficiency with MS Excel and Power Point
Desired:
Experience with SAS
An industrial engineering background or experience would really help you to stand out
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
