This is an opportunity for an experienced Traffic Manager, who will be responsible for trafficking all aspects of Retail Marketing creative initiatives. If you have good working knowledge of marketing communications and are a hands-on professional who can guide, facilitate and ensure all timelines are met, then this is the role for you! Due to the nature of the role and our business, you will be most successful if you possess impeccable organizational and project management capabilities, along with a client service focus in a team environment.

Details include:
Support Marketing Communications Project Managers with scheduling creative work and best utilization of internal and agency resources
Ability to handle multiple schedules and track changes for multiple jobs ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are met on time
Effectively communicate any issues and provide solutions in order to maintain a smooth flow of work through the organization
Route all work (comps, layouts, proofs, etc.) to appropriate team members
Maintain active status report of all jobs and facilitate status meetings with Account, Production, Fulfillment and Creative team members
Prioritize deliverables, deadlines and resolve scheduling conflicts in conjunction with team members and agency/vendor partners
Ensure all team members work within established trafficking processes and procedures
Assign schedules to in-house creative and partner agencies, allocating workload to achieve optimal efficiency
Organize key planning meetings/briefings, team creative reviews, weekly status meetings with Integer and Store Sets
Required:
5 Years of trafficking in corporate marketing communications/agency environment
Working knowledge of Retail Marketing Organization (marketing communications)
Keen understanding and utilization of agency responsibilities and resources
Ability to work with many personalities and remain calm and focused
Proficient with multiple software platforms and programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with asset management and online traffic systems
Knowledge of creative agency procedures and structure
Familiar with industry standard best practices
Desired:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field of study
