Administrative Assistant

CS Automation - Ontario, NY

Job Description:

Telephone reception

Process daily customer invoicing, including credit card billing

Process daily customer receivables

Process vendor invoices

Order and maintain catalogs and literature

Manage paperwork flow through accounts receivable and payables

General office skills to include filing

Data entry of sales reports

Maintain customer and vendor account information on a daily basis

Support the telephone auto attendant and route calls

Provide administrative support to inside and outside sales reps

Qualifications:

Prior office experience

Self-starter with great attention to details

Someone who enjoys variety

Confident in dealing with public in person and on the phone

Ability to work independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office with ability to learn custom distribution software

Responsible and reliable

Detail oriented - organizational and prioritizing skills

Works well with deadlines
