Job Description
The Clinical Leader will round on all nursing units within the organization to administer care that is individualized and consistent with the plan of care and with standards of care/practice. Will develop and implement innovative strategies to promote support of patients/families. Will act as a resource to members of the health care team and assist with staff teaching and development. Critical Care and Medical/Surgical experience required. Must obtain ACLS certification within three (3) months. Previous supervisory experience preferred. NYS RN license required.
