AT&T's e-Commerce group is searching for a customer-focused digital marketing expert to join our fast-paced Entertainment Group in a critical role as a Lead Manager of e-Commerce.
 
Our organization is focused on providing fantastic customer experiences while increasing online orders of mobility devices and accessories. We need someone who is results-driven and passionate about delivering exclusive att.com offers to our customers. You'll be the go-to resource for deciding upon and launching unique promotions on our website. The core functions of the role include:
  • Gaining input from partners in National Marketing and Finance and ultimately determining which devices to promote with special pricing/merchandising each quarter
  • Building forecasts of the costs and sales resulting from each promotion, along with backward-looking results tracking
  • Collaborating with our OEM partners to find special deals to delight our customers
  • Planning and coordinating on-site merchandising and off-site traffic generation support plans for each of your offers
  • Blowing away sales expectations and presenting your results to leadership teams
  • 10% travel, or less
Desired:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Computer Science or Engineering or a related field, or an advanced degree
  • Expert knowledge of the e-Commerce field and direct prior professional experience in e-Commerce or digital marketing or experience at an ad agency
  • Knowledge of website design in order to translate business needs into an online experience that ensures a high quality customer interaction in all customer touch points
  • Experience managing the implementation of e-Commerce marketing, sales, and service and support programs and analyzing their effectiveness
  • Ability to work with limited supervision on highly complex projects
  • Ability to demonstrate the latitude for independent judgment in sometimes vague or ambiguous situations
  • Outstanding quantitative aptitude
  • Strength in using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), SAP Business Objects, etc. to automate processes (automatically draft e-mails, create PowerPoint slides, perform analytics in Excel, etc.)
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Additional experience or aptitude in marketing, consulting, finance, and/or analytics
