Store Managers will need to hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent of at least five years optical experience and demonstrate success in managing a team. In addition, basic computer skills, organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Certification with the American Board of Opticianry is highly preferred. While performing the duties of this job, Store Managers will need to view a computer screen, talk, hear, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
